Great location. Walkable to restaurants, shops and freedom trail. Plenty of restaurants in the area. One block from Newbury Street. Fenway Park also walkable. Easy access to Uber. Airport is 10 minutes via taxi. The staff were very helpful.

Just OK hotel in a fantastic location. The restaurant at the hotel premises (which offers 20% discount to guests) is great, albeit overpriced. The hotel has no amenities (besides the restaurant) and the room is dated, still having VCR !!

Hotel is in a great location near public transportation, restaurants, malls. The room is very clean and the grounds well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. They even provide umbrellas. I took advantage is the free tea and muffin. The fresh fruit was a nice touch.

This was a very compact but very functional room with special attention given to added storage and lighting. Staff was very helpful in keeping luggage while we retrieved our car and giving map and directions. The location is great, in the Back Bay Area and so close to historical locations and shopping area and outdoor eateries. It was easy to get to Boston commons and downtown by cutting over to the Commonwealth, a shady walking promenade that continues for many blocks and ends at the Boston Gardens. The only thing I would suggest is not to rely too much on the advertised breakfast, which included one muffin and a weak cup of coffee.

Highly enjoyed my stay at the Charlesmark! This is a prime time location especially for travelers intending to walk everywhere. Staff was always available, helpful and friendly. Plus i was able to check in early- no problem. The room itself was just what i needed! Ill definitely be returning next time im in Boston!
