“I had a very nice three night stay here. Comfortable bed and bathroom, nice breakfast and indeed bar and dinner, helpful and efficient staff and plenty of parking. I will be back for a couple of nights next spring, and will also try other hotels in the chain.”

“This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again.”

“I've stayed here before - and come back. For me, at 88 years of age and no longer driving, it's better than the nearby 4 star Hotel. It's super convenient for my association with the parish church - Boston Stump, Saint Botolph, an easy walk from and to the railway station. Courteous and prompt telephone response for access to the Key Code access (Key Code is changed after visit). Recommended!”

“The Hotel is very good value for money. Great for an overnight stay. Rooms are clean although would benefit redecorating. Rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and a heated towel rail and free WiFi. Ample car parking. The Hotel lacks Bar/Restaurant but a Buffet style Breakfast is available. This looks much improved from my first stay. (I have stayed five times at this Hotel) There is now a Bistro menu in the evenings, I am looking forward to trying this on my next visit.”

“The property is in a good location with a cafe and pub restaurant within a few minutes walk. Also the train station is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is allocated parking outside but it was generally taken by others. I found the property a bit lacking in creature comforts. A lamp and table by the bed would be handy but there are some in the upstairs room but I used the middle floor to be near the bathroom. I only stayed two nights so it was fine for me. “The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing.”
