“It had rained before we got there and the power was out until after 10:00pm. The parking area was all muddy. No way to clean off your shoes. Bed was good.”

“I booked a cabin, paid upfront, and they tried to put me in a motel room at the same price. They put someone else in my cabin, so finally they put me in a different one with no loft. The parking they suggested was not great, and the fan in the bathroom made weird noises. Whoever cleaned didn't check the coffee pot, where it looked like a science experiment was brewing. “So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. The room could have been cleaner; dust was thick on some baseboards. On second night, smoke alarm on the (12 ft?) high ceiling started beeping loudly like it needed the battery changed. We called to the office to tell them and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep (this was in the evening); she said she’d call...

“Unique and my grandson really liked it. Not easy to get into or out of. Insufficient handrails. No instructions on managing A/C so it took us a while to even find it. Had basic amenities. Good location.”
