“My sister-in-law and I were fortunate to reserve the last available room at Whistler's Inn Bed & Breakfast as we were first timers headed to a concert at Tanglewood. How lucky were we that we came across this beautiful place! From the minute we walked up to the front entrance, we felt like we had stepped onto a property straight out of a fairy tale in the English countryside! From the warmth of the mother/daughter inn keepers, the charming decor, the gardens still in bloom & our AMAZING...

“We were greeted by one of the staff with the aroma of fresh baked cookies, lovely! She showed us around the inn then to our room — “The Berkshire Room” which is in the main inn on the 2nd floor. The room was charming and comfortable with period details, a comfortable bed, small sitting area, tall ceiling, a small wall mounted TV, and a fireplace (nonfunctional) with mantle. The bathroom is nice, but the shower stall is tight. The inn is conveniently located just down the hill from Lenox...

“It's disappointing, this property has potential. It's in a nice location, easy to find, and has a nice wrap around deck on two levels. Unfortunately, it's not maintained and it is GROSS. When you enter, there's no check-in area, but rather a cluttered home of someone who does not clean. The rugs and hallways are filthy, the room had cobwebs and dust and a stained comforter, and the bathroom was dirty and looked like the tile floor had never seen a mop. The "amenities" were a watered-down bottle...

“Located in the southern Berkshires mountains in northwest Connecticut, this inn is located in a rural area. The breakfast is really good, well prepared and tasty. The service is courteous and friendly. Our room was in the main inn. It was small but clean. It is an old inn but maintained well. To eat out, we drove to the next town Canaan, which is a few miles away on the main road. There is lots of parking onsite.”
