Da vi ankom fik vi en skrap oplysning om at der var alkoholforbud på hotellet vi fandt derfor et nabo spisested hvor vi kunne købe et glas vin til vores aftensmad. Det burde have været oplyst da vi bookede så ville vi have fundet et andet hotel.

Personalen i receptionen var trevlig och serviceminded. I frukostmatsalen tog det lite väl lång tid att fylla på saker som tagit slut. Ena morgonen var mjölken till kaffet sur. Rummet var städat och sängarna var ställbara och bra. Vi fick ett rum i två våningar där trappan var väldigt brant. Tyvärr var det en väldigt stark mögeldoft i rummet. Man hade väntat sig betydligt bättre rum för 3000kr/natten

När vi kom fram fick vi besked att de inte längre hade några rättigheter eftersom ägaren inte betalt sina skatteskulder. Bedrövligt att man som gäst inte fick besked i förväg om detta. Försent att boka annat boende. Vi hade bokat flera veckor i förväg. Som gäst vore det rimligtvis att få någon form av kompensation. Vi blev nu tvungna att åka in till Borgholm för ett glas vin. Med tanke på att det är ett dyrt boende förväntar vi oss någon form av kompensation. Priset var satt utifrån att det bland annat fanns möjlighet till vin/öl. Dåligt skött av hotellet och även av er då ingen information gick ut.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten var väldigt bra, rummet var färdigt, mysigt och snyggt när vi kom innan utsatt tid vilket gjorde vårat besök väldigt mycket enklare. Stort tack till personalen som jobbade 10-11/7
