Palacios en Boracay

“Beautiful place, comfortable rooms and awesome staff service. I will definitely be back here again.”

“La amabilidad del personal. Es casi perfecto. El desayuno es muy bueno en un ambiente cómodo”

“The property is stunning, all of the people that work there were friendly & helpful, and the location was the best. Definitely eat the breakfast & the Seafood dinner buffets.”

“It was very clean and convenient and there to help us with their needs the Alexa calling station was a little bit difficult to use but besides that everything else was great the staff was very kind happy and supportive very clean bathrooms clean bedrooms and I would definitely recommend it and go there again”

“Fantástico. Nos cambiamos a este hotel saliendo de otro que es horrible. Las comparaciones son odiosas pero feliz hotel es inmejorable. Y su restaurante también es fantàstico!!!”

“I liked the location, the cleanliness and the club lounge.”

“Ha sido una experiencia espectacular, el team muy atento en todo momento y el director Hans muy amable y cercano con nosotros. Felicitaciones por el gran equipo y el gran resort.”

“el hotel es fantástico, el spa es lo mejor de lo mejor”

“Exceptional customer service from start to finish! The staff were welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist with a genuine smile. Their professionalism and attention to detail made our stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall service reflected a high standard of hospitality. The team deserves recognition for making guests feel valued and well cared for.”

“Low season and low occupancy so excellent time to be there. Yapak is good area to be away from the masses and the hotel does its best to put on a fair shuttle service into Station 2. Highly recommend the transport assistance from port or airport offered by the hotel. Food was good but the general area lacks many options but I expect that was down to low season. You soon learn to eat out or use the hotel cafe or tuck shop.”

“The location is perfect if you want to be literally one minute away from the beach and ocean. Plus, there are many shops, restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Wide selection of both Filipino and western dishes. I was in a room where I wish I would have known from the description that there was no window. And, I don't understand why the steps to the pool are at the deep end and not at the shallow end? Other than that, everything was great!”
