“Awesome staff! Globally competitive when it comes to hospitality. Highly recommended.”

“We requested if we can check in 30 minutes early, we’re so exausted from our trip( hot weather). The staff said you can, only to charge us additional 300 pesos. They should be considerate since it’s only a few minutes before check in, the bad thing is that we are seniors.”

“Overall review All good!”

“Property is lacking attention to details when it comes to welcoming guest and room(smell) however once the staff got to know me, they have been accommodating. Positive attitude towards my request is very much appreciated and the peaceful atmosphere of the area(no traffic sounds) all hours of the day. I suggest they offer some dinner menus/evening food. Love their coffees and breakfast food. Maybe some continental breakfast. Overall I am happy and the longer I stayed the more I felt at...

“Positive note: I smelt the freshness of the beddings. The staff were friendly and smiling. Negative notes: the toilet seat was ill-fitted , I end up sitting on the toilet bowl as the seat kept sliding backwards. The carpet was stained needs a good shampooing or replacing. I wiped the bed side table and telephone apparatus and they were really dusty and grubby. Food in the restaurant was costly for it's quality.”

“The rooms were very clean, showers were spotless, we had a welcome kit of towels blankets the ac was nice had access to t.v room service the food was good just took a little while, the staff was friendly and for the amount of days we stayed it was inexpensive ”

“Nice place to stay very simple rooms but nice”

“Nice place. It is not in walking distance to any shops of places to eat. If that's okay, its a good area ”

“Great Room, good food for breakfast, very accommodating staff”

“awesome”

“The property was closed due to a typhoon in 2025. The hotel issued me as reservation anyway. If I had paid in advance I would have lost my money. Do not reservation this place. It is closed. And they still take reservations and your money. A rip off a scam.”

“There is much room for improvement for the location. There is no restaurant or pool at this hotel. Employees are less than active and should be more engaged in cleaning or upkeep of the hotel. Stairs surface may need to be cleaned as appeared dark with possible mold (for this wet location hotel). Third floor stay [stairs a bit steep and shallow in width). No elevator. Water pressure a bit low for shower and sink. Ammenity kit very basic and most things in it are low quality. Bed has no...
