“Beautiful old world building with lovely rooms, bar the bathroom being upstairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good especially the breakfast. Very disappointed that they had a special curry and pint offer where you couldn't have and alternative drink and when we ordered the curry anyway we were charged £20 without the beer wheras it was £15 with the beer!”

“Lovely stay in this friendly pub. Fantastic breakfast, plenty of choice. Staff were excellent, specially the lovely girl who worked so hard to make sure everything was OK. We were welcomed by the locals and had two days of live music in the garden. Fab weekend.”

“Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again.”

“Servicio muy atento y agradable. Te sientes como en casa. Habitación limpia, amplia y confortable. Desayuno muy bueno y completo(recomiendo encarecidamente el porridge, estaba riquísimo). La ubicación adecuada para visitar varios puntos de interés en los alrededores.”

“Pequeño hotel bien situado en mitad del campo, cercano a las playas y a Padstow. Habitación bien en general, con todos los equipamientos. Cama muy cómoda ”

“Escales per arribar a l.hotel. Bones vistes de Looe. Molt cèntric. Esmorzar recent cuinat. Exterior una mica brut a causa de les gavines. Amabilitat dels propietaris, molt familiar. Hi ha un aparcament al davant car, però abans d.arribar al poble hi ha aparcament gratuït de les 18h a les 9h.”

“The staff were all incredibly cheery and helpful. The food was excellent (coleslaw to die for!). The local beer, Hicks, was a good temperature. Fantastically cheap breakfast of anything! Dogs welcome in any room. England World Cup game was televised but the supporters were put in a large TV room away from the residents.”
