The property was clean, friendly staff. The bed and the pillows were super comfy. The ac worked good. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. The only downfall was the morning breakfast. There was not many choices of food. And the hot food was served cold.

Well-maintained and cute property. Everything is clean and the staff is polite, helpful, and organized. We were looking for a one-night stay with a pool, hot tub, and free breakfast, and this fit the bill. The price is right too, considering it's Chicagoland. We would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was courteous and our room on the first floor was clean. Overall, the furnishings and carpets in the common areas are showing signs of wear. The breakfast during the week offered a small selection; hot cooked egg pucks, waffle maker, one flavor of yogurt, one type of cereal, white bread and mini muffins, packages of micro oatmeal, apples and bananas. No meat, no peanut butter. It was frequently replenished. Plenty of parking and in-room fridge, bed and pillows were comfortable. This is a budget choice and it was quite adequate for the price. Convenient location just off interstate in a grouping of other hotels, with a restaurant very nearby.

My trip started out with me booking the wrong day. Epic fail for a long day of driving! Kaila at the front desk was the most helpful person I have encountered in hospitality ever! She went over and beyond to help us get into a room for the night working with the Expedia customer service to get us squared away. Mr Patel had made this hotel top tier! The feel and ambience of the hotel was fabulous. Nice calming jazz playing throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very good. Very nice, clean rooms. Hot tub and pool area were also very nice and clean. Overall very impressed with my stay.
