“Muy bueno”

“Hotel alejado de Hamburgo ( unos 20 km). La recepción cierra a las 23.00, así que si llegas más tarde tienes que llamar por teléfono y te dicen la clave de una caja exterior que tiene las llaves de la habitación. El resto bien, habitación amplia, limpia y el desayuno correcto. En frente del hotel había una Ibis buget que ponía 48€ la noche.”

“Overall the experience was good but many amenities in the room are not available, the Website shows that there is AC amenities but there is no AC, I had to get fan in heat weave which had significantly impacted my stay.”

“Wir waren zwei Tage im diesem Hotel mit 2 Erwachsenen und ein Kind 10 Jahre alt die Zimmer sind sehr sauber das Bad anscheinend neu Renoviert wird waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist gut wird sind immer mit der S -Bahn gefahren war nicht so stressig wie mit dem Auto , der Bahnhof ist ca. 20 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und wird immer neu befüllt alles ausreichend und lecker. Personen sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn ich nochmal nach Hamburg fahren dann würde ich wieder...

“Das Zimmer war sehr schön”

“Alles sehr einladend, Empfang, gutes Frühstück. Nur wenn das Bett gemacht und das Zimmer gereinigt werden soll muss man selbst aktiv werden und das Schild an die Tür hängen. Das wird leider vorher nicht gesagt; steht aber - wenn man sich Zeit nimmt alles zu lesen - auf einem Blatt im Zimmer.”

“Nos hemos alojado en este hotel desde hace 8 años pero esta vez creo que tristemente será la última. El personal no es tan amable como antes, a las 7:00 am ya están con tareas de mantenimiento y limpieza sin preocuparse por el descanso de los huéspedes. Hace algunos años hicieron unos trabajos de renovación pero no son suficientes, el mobiliario y el aspecto del hotel de ha quedado anticuado. Deberían mejorar algunas cosas de cara a los huéspedes y renovar el aspecto de las habitaciones. La...

“We booked the hotel for charging station for electric car. Out of 6 charging station none of them was working and when we reported this in the morning to reception they behaved as it is our fault rhat we do not know how to use it. our Room was nice and bed was comfortable, however stinked horribly and smell did not disappear till we were there. Breakfast was very poor.”

“Schone kamers en mooi ingedeeld. Kamers ogen ook groot. Matrassen zijn wat hard helaas. Ontbijt is meer dan genoeg en het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. Prima parkeer mogelijkheden en gratis in tegenstelling tot collega hotels dichter in de stad”
