Hotel is great, but I didn't get the VIP perk of a $15 food & beverage credit because Expedia dropped the ball somewhere. When I contacted them (expedia) it was a joke, so no resolution. The hotel said it showed I made the reservation through some other company that I've never even heard of, so not sure what that was about. I've gotten the $15 credit all the other times I've stayed at this hotel, so again, don't understand. Clerk was nice and gave me a drink credit, but Expedia didn't come through at all.
