Everything on this property is great, starting from the staff which is always attentive and helpful, well maintained common areas, rooms, dining room, terrace, gym. Excellent selection of food for breakfast and lunch (didn’t had the chance to experience it). Location is excellent, close enough to a lot of good places and also excluded from the noise around the area. of This was our second time going back and already looking for our next trip which is coming up pretty soon.

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to good restaurants and shopping centers. Breakfast is varied, with plenty of fruit and unlimited coffee. At the restaurant, they make an effort to accommodate requests for dishes that aren’t on the menu.In my case, there were four of us in the room, and almost every day I had to call the front desk for a fourth towel, since they only left three.Overall, it’s a well‑located hotel with staff who are very attentive to your needs, and on my next trip, I will definitely book it again.

The room we had was nice and spacious and spotlessly clean. It is in a great location, walkable to Parque 93 cafe's and restaurants. The staff were always very helpful and some spoke English and the other very patient while we translated. Laundry service was good for us too at the end of our trip.

The property is located in a good area where you can walk around safely. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. The included breakfast was good and had many options to choose from. The carpet on the floors could be washed as it looks dirty and it has many stains but it’s not a deal breaker. The shower doors also did not close all the way and water comes out of the shower as a result, but again, not a deal breaker either. The room service at the hotel is reasonably priced and the service is excellent. Thank you so much. We had a great time at the hotel and it made our vacation pleasant and enjoyable.
