I had an amazing stay at the EK Hotel in Bogotá. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome — everyone was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. My room was beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. The hotel is also in one of the best areas of Bogotá, surrounded by great shops and restaurants all within walking distance, which made everything super convenient. Location is unbeatable. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond for each guest. If there’s anything to improve I would suggest the lighting at the room is too dim, the bed is hard and I would be ok with it but the pillows are just too hard too tall.

The hotel is located in an amazing, safe neighborhood where you can comfortably walk around at night. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and great shopping malls nearby.
