The property was absolutely beautiful but that being said we had some major issues. First off you need a serious 4wd vehicle to even get to the property and had no idea before. Luckily we had a 4wd suv and it barely made it. Once we got there the staff was very nice and welcoming. The property was beautiful and we were very impressed. We were told we were getting upgraded because the resort was empty. We asked if the pool in the upgrade was heated since we had previously requested the outdoor jacuzzi. They assured us it was. We ordered dinner to be brought to our rooms and they brought us our dinner to the room about an hour later. Dinner was very good and they took the cover off the pool. My girlfriend and I went to go in the pool shortly after and the water was ice cold. We tried staying in for a few minutes but had to get out. We went to go take a hot shower but no hot water. Called the staff and about and they worked on the water issue for about an hour assuring is they fixed the issue. At this point we waited a bit before trying the shower and the water was like warm for 30 seconds then ice cold. It was too late to have them fix it and so we waited until the morning. We both had extremely messed up stomachs from dinner. In the morning we were going to try and use the pool before our massage. But the water in the pool drained out. The tried fixing the hot water again but failed so we couldn’t even take showers. They wouldn’t even give us any sort of discount either.
