“Wonderful stay in Varzo! Lovely mother and daughter hosts. Delicious homemade breakfast and very comfortable room with a nice view. Right down the hill from San Domenico ski area with excellent scenic hiking. Would recommend Chalet Il Picchio to all!”

“Le personnel est très accueillant et le souper était délicieux .”

“We spent one night at this hotel and loved it. We arrived early and one of our rooms was already ready, which was very convenient. Simple rooms but with everything. The spa is also great, and the restaurant is excellent. Everything went great and we will definitely stay here again whenever we come to this area. Only thing that could be improved is that the pool temperature was not very warm (definitely not 35 degrees), so it was a bit cold for the cool weather.”

“We cant think about Saas Fee without the Dom. Great room with superb view. Kind and always helpful staff, splendid breakfast. 5th year in a row coming here. We will come back.”

“Hej underbart och ägaren var väldigt hjälpsam och gjorde min korta vistelse helt fantastisk.”

“Excelente lugar, muy recomendable. Amables, excelente comunicación. A 5 min caminando de la estación de ski. Muy rico desayuno y variado ”

“A bit old, needs an upgrade. I will say a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff and good location”

“Beautiful, quiet setting. Wonderful staff that helped answer our questions. Parking was included which was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we chose to have available delivery for breakfast . All was to the highest standards. The bed was comfortable and our room had black and blinds making it easy to get a great night's rest. Great views too. There are several markets within walking distance. Not to mention a nice trail to walk. We will return.”

“Desayuno buffet: yogurt fresco, tostadas, cereales, café y variantes, zumos. ”

“We had a great stay”

“Un hotel bastante tranquilo en una comunidad muy tranquila ”

“A really lovely charming family run hotel with great facilities, an amazing breakfast buffet and well-located within the town. I would definitely recommend it to other travellers.”

“Lo mejor fue el trato de Alicia la recepcionista, excelente personal.”

“Habitación y baño comodo, limpio y moderno. No me ha gustado el autochecking ni que no haya personal para poder solucionar problemas o hacer peticiones.”
