The place doesn't live up to the hype. Pros: * Stunning Location & Cleanliness: Set within a lush forest on the peaceful Demirbükü Bay. The water is pristine, calm, and ideal for relaxing on the beach. * Generous Room Upgrade: The hotel graciously upgraded our room, which made our stay far more memorable. The room itself was spotless, beautiful, and equipped with great amenities. * Attentive Buggy Drivers: The golf cart drivers carrying guests around the property were consistently polite, kind, and welcoming. Cons: * Chaotic Check-in Experience: The reception area is surprisingly cramped and confusing. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or guided by staff while waiting alongside guests checking out. Between the lack of direction, no orientation to the hotel, and a 30-minute wait just for a buggy to take us to our room, the entire arrival process needs significant improvement. * Subpar Beach Service: Service on the beach was chaotic and dismissive toward staying guests. Staff appeared to prioritize external daily visitors, and several team members lacked professional attire, which is disappointing for a luxury price point.
