The cabin itself is a 10/10—a fantastic retreat that made for a wonderful stay. However, potential guests need to be aware of the access conditions. Reaching the cabin requires a 4x4 or AWD vehicle; a standard 2WD car will not make it up there at all. Additionally, the listing advertises available parking spots, but the driveway is so steep that even our AWD vehicle couldn't drive up it. We had to park at the bottom and hike up the long driveway every time we came and went. None of this was mentioned in the listing beforehand. If you are prepared for a steep trek from your vehicle to the front door, the cabin is incredible, but the host needs to update the listing to give guests fair warning.
