Fine stay, good location and good if you want to walk around to some of the key spots around town. Almost good value for money - price was maybe 10-20% more than what we’d like to have paid but decent hotel. Did the job for us!

Parking was way too expensive and hard to understand

I expected a premium experience at LondonHouse Chicago, but my stay was marked by repeated customer service failures. I paid approximately $1,600 for a four-night stay and was charged a mandatory destination fee that included a food credit I was never able to use. I was told hotel guests would have priority access to the rooftop, yet it was overcrowded, and I couldn’t even reach the bar. At the lower-level bar, empty reserved tables sat unused while no one acknowledged us, including the bartender, forcing us to leave the hotel to eat elsewhere. Attempts to reserve the rooftop for another night were unsuccessful despite following staff instructions. After multiple service failures, I checked out a day early. Hilton Guest Assistance opened a case, but the hotel declined compensation. I left disappointed by the lack of hospitality, accountability, and concern for guest satisfaction.

Expedia showed the room had a pullout bed but it did not. When we called operator to get us an additional blanket and pillows they never provided one.
