“The Waterwheel Inn was exceptional. We had a garden suite which opened straight out onto the amazing gardens and a small double room. Both were decorated nicely and kept clean. Breakfast was served in the lovely conservatory and was excellent with good choices and nice touches like home-made jams and granola. “The exterior of the hotel and grounds are poorly maintained and need to be tidied up. The lift to the bedrooms was grubby. The bedroom was pleasant with a nice view of the beach. The shower whilst adequate was poorly maintained in that the door rubber needed replacing which is quite a cheap thing to do but makes the shower look so much better.”

“The staff where really lovely and they really are trying there best with the hotel but the stairs and hallway to the rooms needs a good scrub the room was fairly clean but you where on edge after the unclean hallway, the Mattress was terrible Very lumpy and so bouncy this affected our nights sleep sadly!
