The hallway carpet really needs to be cleaned. Lots of stains all the way down the hallway. If this was cleaned I would give it more stars. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Not those prefab frozen omelets that so many chains are serving. Lots of toppings for the waffles. We've never seen that before. We would stay at this Hampton Inn again.

We were in town for family weekend at ISU so the location was perfect. Great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. Was disappointed our TV did not work and got no answer at the desk when we tried to call for service. The shower needed new caulking and not the greatest showerhead. The toilet was super low to the floor. Perhaps a handicapped room would have a taller one? Bed was comfortable. Would stay again despite the few issues we experienced.

Staff was nice. Hotel in a good area. Breakfast was fantastic and the pool was nice. You could tell that the hotel was in need of a makeover (nothing terrible, just kind of worn out) but from what I understand, there is one coming later this year. Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Not exactly pet friendly. Yes they accept pets but the outside potty areas are in poor condition, grass was sparse and lots of dirt areas, also tons of pokey weeds that my big dogs were not happy stepping on. Mold in my shower and closet door was broken. Ice machine on 2nd floor also broken. Staff said on my departure that yes things are broken they start 11/6 til June 2027 floor by floor renovation. Staff were very nice but glad it was only a 1 night stay. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you!
