“I only rated the staff and service low (it is not directly the ONE woman or her service) However, they have check in from 3pm to 2am which is nice but there is only one staff person working from Friday to Sunday. Now that ONE person has to (try) and stay awake til 2am every day AND clean rooms and put breakfast out. They absolutely need more help as one person is NOT enough. When we arrived at 8pm it took us at least 25 minutes to get someone up to the front desk to check us in (she was...

“The staff because VERY AGRESSIVE with me after I told them I found a roach in my room. I have videos of when I was alive, when I killed it and left in on top of the sink. I let the staff know and one of them because VERY aggressive with me saying that I wanted a free room when I had already checked out AND PAYED IN FULL for my room. I never asked for a type of compensation or anything but he started screaming at me and telling me I brought the roach with me. UNACCEPTABLE ”
