We have been on a road trip staying in motels. This was the best, by far. It has been well renovated, especially the bathroom. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. And, important to us, the wifi was great. The bed was comfortable, the bedding nice quality and the electric fireplace on the wall was a nice touch. Thank you!

The room was ok for the price we paid. Bed is very comfortable. Staff was friendly on check-in. Great area to have your dog, with lots of space to run. Air conditioning was not the best, thankfully it was late September so did not need it to keep room cool, jest more so for air circulation. Took 5 mins to get shower luke warm, and then not any pressure in shower head. Beautiful place to relax, great views.

The property is in Canada on Lake Huron, the North Shore area. The room was adequate for a solo traveler. It had a refridgerator and microwave. The only issue I had was the terrible sound the bathroom ceiling fan made. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I got in in the evening and was starving. He recommended the restaurant right across the street which turned out to be very good with a very nice waitress. I was only there for one night so did not get the opportunity to explore the area. And the price was right when you have earned One Key cash through Expedia!

The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was the smell. Right away, it gave me the impression that the room wasn’t very clean or well maintained. The TV wasn’t working, and there was no telephone in the room to contact reception if we needed assistance. I understand that this is a 2-star motel, so I wasn’t expecting anything luxurious, but basic cleanliness, maintenance, and a way to communicate with reception should still be provided. The place definitely needs some improvements and better upkeep. On a positive note, I really liked the lady at reception. She was very kind, friendly, and accommodating.

Room had a window air conditioner that was loud but sufficient to keep the room cool. Bathroom had some mold along the baseboards and the toilet leaked water on the floor. It’s a typical Ontario road side dumpy motel. The upside was the restaurant across the street that makes excellent home cooked meals and the closeness to TH.

Stayed for one night. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed but would have liked better pillows. Nice to have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I had a lower level room and was able to park in front of the door, which is very convenient. The room has been partially renovated - new floors, new bathroom however, the furniture could use some updating, the place could be painted and the bathroom ceiling needs to be finished. There is no niche or shelf in the shower where you can put the soap, shampoo, etc. Shower floor is extremely slippery since it's wall tiles therefore, strongly recommend a shower mat in the bottom of the shower. Old AC unit that was very noisy. Light outside is ON all night and the curtains are not blackout, so the room was very, very bright! Walkable across the street to restaurants, LCBO and shops, which was nice. OK stay for one night.

This motel is currently under construction, and some of the rooms are being renovated. It appeared that people were full time residents living in most of the rooms. Our room did have a working microwave and refrigerator. The furniture and bed were old and in poor condition. The room itself was relatively clean. The wifi did work. The motel is dog friendly and there is a fenced area for your pet. It was very pricey for the quality of accommodations. Parking was free, but that was the only amenity. I would not stay here again.

we had a roof over our heads, hot water eventually and the view of the river was incredible....other than that i rate the place 1 star. Bathtub handle fell off, towels are thread bare, tiny old bar soap, broken shower curtain, one dirty window with old torn curtain. I would rate the raging river 5 stars tho
