Room was spacious and clean. Nice view from the corner suite - we were on a low floor so a bit obstructed by other properties. a fairly good spread of options at breakfast but some items not refreshed as they ran out.

We watched the World Cup with lots of Spaniards staying there as well. The hotel is close to the center and we were able to do everything we had planned without our car (parking in Lake Bled was a mission!).

Good experience. Clean large room, very nice breakfast with fresh ommelettes. Big pool and spa. Very close to lake Bled. Parking was almost full, and was not very cheap, but by far the best option!

Great location, just have to walk down the steps to the middle of the town. Beds were soft and comfortable. You use your key to get into the pool are which was huge and a big slide for kids. Came in handy in July after hiking!!! Breakfast was a good selection and quality. Would go back!

The hotel was really nicely designed and furnished. It had a lovely smell as you entered reception. The spa was good but you do have to pay extra for the saunas/steam rooms. The room was a nice size with a lovely Nordic wooden decoration. The bathroom was nice and functional with a modern walk in shower. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked and buffet foods along with fruits, yogurts & pastries.

The hotel is very close to the lake in a good location. The room is roomy, clean, and is very quite. It’s very easy to access to all facilities like swimming, Jacuzzi, Suna and so on. We really enjoyed it and for sure will come back again if we are in town.

We had a wonderful stay at Riki Balance Hotel and felt it offered great value, especially for a lake view room. The hotel is one of the highest in the area, which means the lake views are completely unobstructed. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it even more enjoyable. Our kids had an amazing time with the pools and waterslide, which were definitely highlights of the trip. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone. A special thank you to Surya at the breakfast station. He was incredibly friendly and helpful when preparing custom omelets and waffles each morning. His warm service made our breakfasts even more enjoyable, and we hope to return someday and see him again. Overall, a fantastic stay with stunning views, family friendly amenities, and outstanding hospitality. We would gladly return.

Too expensive for what was actually received with a lot of hidden fees and costs not mentioned in booking (including a tourist fee). The gym is not on site even though it is mentioned in the booking. As a solo traveler, I felt judged multiple times by the staff especially during check in by the front desk receptionist who mainly appeared annoyed I was bothering her when she seemed about to get off her shift (I was asked if I was staying here many more times than the average group of visitors were - probably because it was mainly older individuals and families). Best part was breakfast and a total of three of the staff. Ordered the most disgusting salmon I’ve ever had in my life, I’d recommend eating lunch/dinner elsewhere there are a lot of options around.

Great location for Lake Bled. We don't recommend the restaurant for dinner, but it's good for breakfast. The rooms are good, pillows are TERRIBLE for the price you pay per night. You can order from a pillow menu at a cost, but that felt ridiculous when already paying $$ for a room. The sauna experiences are unreal and obviously where the $ goes, it's another world downstairs!

Wonderful hotel, beautifully located. Make sure you book Lake View! Very happy that we did go at this time of the year. Lake Bled is beautiful in the Winter, not just in the summer. We could walk and eat anywhere quietou and romantically around the lake!

The staff were lovely and the facilities were delightful. To walk round the Lake then have a sauna or fun in the pools is a real treat. It was very busy as it was school holidays which we didn’t realise. The buffet restaurant is also a great offering. Huge variety.

The staff and room were amazing! Beautiful lake view with a balcony and great location for exploring the lake. Very clean and the pool area was great, especially the outdoor area of the pool. The water could have been a touch warmer but that’s a nitpick for sure. Overall great experience
