“I think the 4 pm checking in time needs looking at as the park closes at 6 u don't have enough time to go round so basically u lose a day I stayed for 2 nights and paid over £500 and only got one day there I think that's way to much money for basically a day trip with”

“Wow! Absolutely lovely place to stay with all of the commodities and amenities of a 5 star hotel. Staff welcomed me right at the parking area. Hospitality deserves 10 stars! Bonus points for cozy authentic garden with real herbs and flowers.”

“The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel. The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive. The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed. Definitely recommend this place.”

“Good location for Doncaster racecourse/snow dome, free parking which is a bonus. Hotel has a main building with reception and bar/restaurant room for breakfast. Rooms are in the annex. Slightly tired looking but room was clean and serviceable for a 1 night stay and staff were helpful as we had some problems accessing room/paying due to a powercut in the area(which I believe isn't uncommon in that area of Doncaster?). All in all would recommended for a basic 1-2 night stay if you're in the...

“Lovely family run property with character. Large car park across the road £6.50 for 24 hrs (hotel has small carpark at back). Ideal walking distance for Racecourse and town centre.”

“Awful hotel. Booked a suite and checked out after just 20 minutes. The music from a party was so loud that the bathroom vibrated. No staff available for 45 minutes when trying to complain so ended up just leaving. The rooms are no as shown and there are stains and dust everywhere. This is an embarrassment to the mercure group. Very little to no help from Expedia either.”
