Wouldn't give this place 4 stars. I have been to 3 stars rated hotels with much higher quality. I wasn't planning to stay in the hotel but rather travel around the island all day long and then just come back for overnight. This is why I booked the cheapest option which is Classic Double Room. Even though Hotel was built just years ago the condition of the room was far from optimum. Besides the room was extremely small in terms of storage area. We didn't have place where to put our luggage cases, so they had to stay on a floor making us cosplay South African sharp-nosed frogs every time we had to go to a bathroom or bed.
What was broken/didn't work:
1. Bathroom/toilet door;
2. Safe in the room;
3. Day 2 the locking mechanism of the main door malfunctioned and we couldn't use the key card anymore. So we had to use a regular key (it is a minor inconvenience, yet adds up to snowball of failures);
4. The was no minibar/fridge in the room, yet there was a pricelist for items in the minibar available in the room. Which we found hilarious. What was less hilarious is due to absence of fridge in the room on a hot summer day we couldn't even cool down our own water in case we brought some;
5. A water dispenser (the one that mixes powder, CO2 and water) in the hotel's restaurant also wasn't working as of day 2 of our stay. All was left to drink was coffee, water or beer. Can't complain about the last one for breakfast, but it's not the most convenient option if you have kids.
