Chalets en Black Bourton

“Nos dieron la habitacion en la zona anexa al pub, tranquila y comodas. Pueblo bonito al lado del Thames”

“Lovely couple of nights at the hotel Staff for the first night/morning were lovely but the lady who was working on the Friday morning really set the tone for the day :( hope she is ok as she was not at all friendly or accommodating”

“La habitación muy espaciosa con grandes ventanas, muy cómoda. El personal normal, no especialmente agradable no desagradable. La comoda muy regular. Se aparca bien justo fuera del hotel.”

“Extremely disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard expected for a superior room. We had booked a twin room but were initially given a double. When we were eventually moved to the twin room we had actually booked, the condition of it was unacceptable. There was hair across the bathroom, stained bedding, significant dust throughout the room and heavy dirt and buildup around the extractor fan and light fittings. The coffee machine still contained water and used pods from the previous...

“At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction. Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. Milk not provided for tea in room. Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

“Very quaint pub in a quiet village - but full of life and character, obviously popular with locals and visitors alike. The staff were super friendly. Food was great. Our room was unique and full of old pub charm including sloping floors, but it was super clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was well appointed.”

“Superb hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds. Lovely room and staff very helpful. 7 mins taxi ride to the Farmers Dog.”

“Fantastic stay in the cottage - immaculately presented room with loads of space and a very nice selection of snacks. The staff in the Inn were incredibly welcoming and made for a totally relaxed break. Food at dinner and breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough”

“Todo en general bien, salvo que, aunque el personal de recepción no fueron groseros, si les falta ser mas “amigables” con los turistas extranjeros. Esto no significa que no hayan sido amables pero si les falta este tipo de detalles que te hacen sentir bienvenido. Lo que es excelente es la cena en el restaurante del hotel, simplemente exquisita. ”
