Good hotel in a central location with free parking

Good hotel in a convenient location for the town. Traditional furnishings but room was perfectly fine. Good breakfast. We were able to park our motorcycle within the rear courtyard. Slight negative is that the front entrance to the hotel is not in use and access is via the rear door. It took us a while to discover this as you have to drive through a public car park to reach the entrance. Overall a decent hotel with pleasant staff.

Close to shopping and restaurants but the carpet in the room was dated and stained. The hotel was nice and quiet with no frills like sans mini fridge or microwave. It was hard and a challenge to find where parking was and it was limited. With this being said, the bathroom was super clean and the beds offered a comfortable nights sleep.

The staff was kind and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The parking lot was behind the hotel but had plenty of parking. The overall experience was great!

Outstanding Hotel! 20 stars....

What a great hotel that serves an outstanding continental breakfast. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. We stayed a week and loved it. We had an outside room which is located to the left of the umbrellas tables in the hotel picture and did not have to enter the hotel to get to it. Parking can be an issue if they are full but there is a large parking lot up the street for overnight parking. You just need to ensure you move the car or pay for parking if you leave it there beyond 7am. Breakfast, OMG! German breads, rolls, meats and cheeses, yogurt, real eggs, bacon and more! Everything is fresh.

The information from the hotel about my late arrival was very clear and helpful. The staff at breakfast and checkout very friendly. The facilities do need an overhaul, the hotel is clearly outdated and needs a facelift. My room was facing the street and it was too noisy to sleep with the window open. It was warm and there was a quaint odor in the room, which made it difficult to sleep with the window closed.

No air conditioning.. temperature in room over 80 at night. Very loud street noise and TV noise from other rooms kept us awake past 2 am. Not recommended

Echt duits hotel, schoon en netjes, basic kamer, ontbijt, en badkamer. Priveparkeerplaats waar je, in ons geval de motoren prima kon plaatsen. Klein maar gezellig restaurant met prima schnitzels en lekkere bitburgers. Kast bij de receptie met diverse dranken die op vertrouwen wordem afgerekend, heel comfortabel gevoel geeft dat en zegt veel over de duitse gastvrijheid. Bitburg heeft echt alles wat je nodig hebt en is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor prachtige motoroutes in de eifel, vulkaaneifel, en luxemburg. Wij zijn dik tevreden over dit hotel.
