“A beautiful farmhouse shaped like a fortress just outside of Calitri. The host is very accommodating and helped me make some reservations despite not speaking English/my Italian being no good. Waking up to the birds was a treat, the bed was cozy and the shower worked well. It would be fun to have a bunch of friends stay there for a week. Definitely requires a car, I thought maybe one could walk in and out of Calitri but it's an enormous vertical distance, it would take hours.”

“We are driving around southern italy just using expedia day by day. We happend upon this little gem. We booked aprox 1hr before showing up. The manager greeted us. He takes great pride in his work. The entire staff was top shelf. If you are near Emelfi this place is a must stay!! At the pool the manager checked in with us. At aperif time on the patio he came by, at dinner inside he came to check on us 2 times and at breakfast he was sweeping floors with the staff. We were very impressed!!!...

“El entorno es precioso, lleno de encanto, y la casa nos pareció muy acogedora. Las habitaciones son enormes y tener cafetera y mininevera fue un detalle que agradecimos mucho. Como sugerencia, la presión del agua podría mejorar y, al no haber cortinas, en las habitaciones de abajo no resulta fácil abrir las ventanas al haber negocios cercanos.
