We were in Birmingham to visit our son and his family and needed a comfortable place to sleep. Our room had nothing fancy but everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable with a helpful staff. It looked as though the breakfast bar was not much but we had breakfast with our son. We would stay here again for a future visit.

Room was dirty, had bugs. Property was not well kept. Elevator was filthy, didn’t even want to touch buttons. Staff threatened to call police over music, after entering room without permission. Breakfast, which was a major reason I chose the hotel, was a joke.
