“Friendly staff during checkin and checkout. Good amenities include all available in the kitchen. There is also a public kitchen with hotplate and stove beside the pool and spa, excellent for outdoor bbq.High efficient washer and drier ate in our room and made our stay much easier.”

“La recepción solo esta en horario de oficina si llegas tarde hay que arreglarlo, todo lo arreglamos por correo pq nunca vimos a nadie. No hay mucho q hacer cerca”

“Rooms could do with a refresh - peeling wallpaper. A few staff were pleasant and helpful but overall rude and uninterested. When we checked out all we got was ‘that’s you’ no did you enjoy your stay. Food offering at Beach Bar was not great and of poor quality - did not try breakfast or dinner. Overall okay but could easily be a lot better.”

“とてもキレイで清潔なお部屋で、とても広く、キッチンも必要なものは全て揃ってました。 洗濯機と乾燥機もあり、大変助かりました。 プールもとても静かでのんびり出来ましたし、隣にあるバーベキューコンロでは買ってきたお肉を焼いたりして大満足でした。 地図で見るよりはビーチまで案外近かったので、散策には最適です。 スタッフの皆様もとてもフレンドリーでした。 とにかく非の打ち所がなく、大変快適でした。 また絶対に行きたいです。”

“The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again”

“Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. She was very patiencent and always with a smile ready to help. The restaurant...

“Hotel muy bonito con dos playas preciosas en medio de la selva”

“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”

“Muy tranquilo y agradable. En primera línea de playa. Todo el entorno es fantástico. El apartamento está equipado, incluso con secadora. La piscina muy acogedora, no es la típica comunitaria llena de gente. Todo muy verde. Nos encantó. Parada de bus cercana”
