The front desk was awesome!!! The wait staff at the pool was very nice & friendly. But most of all…Tiquan at Steak n Shake on Thursday night was phenomenal! He was there solo and handled the register, the cooking & food delivery with efficient patience & spectacular customer service. I was so impressed. The staff was great, however, our room wasn’t. Primarily the bed. It wasn’t clean. Underneath the sheets, The mattress cover had someone’s used toothpick, body fluids, and trash. Just sickening for me. Also, the smoke from the casino was just overwhelming.
