I love the how the rooms and bathrooms are designed specifically the high quality shower. Parking was a little bit hassle but few blocks away there is a parking lot. Transportation was the easiest as more busses and train station are right outside the hotel. There are restaurants and also big mall In front of the hotel.

Having stayed at other 5 star hotels in Spain, let down here was the inattentive and dismissive demeanor of staff (except for Alex, who was wonderful) and the pool being an additional cost to access, which was not outlined during booking. The hotel was clean and in a great location, the rooms were spacious and maintained. Finally the exec team meeting that occurs in the breakfast buffet I would suggest is done when breakfast is concluded instead of blocking people’s access with no self awareness whatsoever.

Very much a luxury hotel, we had a junior suite for a family of 3 and it was more than enough space. All the staff were great and we had everything we needed. In a great location between Guggenheim and the old town. One small point that as it’s in the centre of the town, it was a little noisy at times. The rooftop bar was lovely.

Cosmetically the hotel was fine. The staff were friendly as well. However we had multiple issues including the power having to be reset, the key cards malfunctioning on our second day there, the telephone buttons to reception or room service not working, and the pretty bathtub that we couldn’t utilize because the drain plug didn’t work. They were going to charge us for calling the hotel for room service because we couldn’t get the buttons to work but guest services took it off.

Location was good but no parking. They shoudl offer valet because when you have a family or elderly, i would not recommend since it takes 10 mintues to walk and in the summer its a long walk. Besides that , the bellmen was not helpful , just standing body when we were leaving . He said he is busy when we asked for luggage but he was just standing there. The check in Agent was helpful. Breakfast was descent but coffee was awful. REcommend to invest in Illy Coffee or change the machines.

The room was clean and comfortable. However for a 5* hotel you expect things to be kept up tomspec. Instead the room was falling apart with rust around the bath, plastic peeling off the shower and ripped furnishings. It's also disappointing to know there is a pool but it costs an additional 20 euros per person per use.
