Clean but noisy and expensive.

Very hard to find parking, no air conditioner available. Very noisy place. Friendly staff and a clean room although it’s too expensive for what this place offers to guests.

This is one of the Best. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me, and this place was immaculate. It is two minutes from the train station, and I couldn't hear any train noises. If I ever visit Bilbao again, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Simple, straightforward stay,clean, no frills.

Basic room located right next to the Renfe Ceracanias train station. Served a purpose for one night. Quite pricey for what it was, but all of Bilbao's hotels rooms were more expensive than other places I stayed on my trip,

Pension Don Claudio is a clean and tidy pension. We were happy with our room (though a note, given the heatwave, the rooms are not air conditioned - though all windows have shutters) and, importantly for us, there was free parking at the sports centre opposite. (The availability of the sports centre was a plus because we love swimming). It was also convenient for transport into town - the station is right behind the pension. However, the downside is that the Pension is a little out of town and so I might look for something more central if not needing parking. While local dining options were limited, there was a super little local restaurant offering decent food at a very good price.

la habitación estaba bien limpia ,cama cómoda y todo correcto. Había una cosa muy rara había hueco de armario pero sin armario, ni barra, ni perchas para poder colgar ropa .La tv no funcionaba bien y tenia mala conexión. En general correcto para una noche que es lo que paramos en la habitación, no se si repetiría visita, para estancia mas larga no creo mas que nada porque no habia donde colgar ropa

El aparcamiento en la zona es algo complicado, pero si avanzas un poco en la avenida del hotel hay sitio, aunque el coche queda un poco solitario por la noche. La habitación estaba limpia, los colchones son cómodos pero huele un poco a humedad, supongo que de los baños. Ya que no tienen recepción 24 horas y teniendo en cuenta que hoy en día, los check in ya se hacen on line y no hay que ir expresamente a eso al hotel, deberían dejar alguna manera de recoger la tarjeta de acceso a la habitación a cualquier hora. Tuvimos un poco de lío con la información de la recogida de la tarjeta y al final un chico tuvo que quedarse hasta las 01 de la madrugada para esperarnos porque hubo un malentendido. Hoy en día que ya hay cajetines con contraseña, entradas que se abren con código o incluso a distancia, eso no debería ser un problema.

Habitación ruidosa tanto por el tráfico como por los trenes que pasan cerca. Paredes muy delgadas que hace que se oiga todo y también los portazos en las puertas. Lo de aparcamiento gratis es aparcar en la calle, no tiene aparcamiento propio y cuesta encontrar dónde aparcar. Lo positivo la estación de tren al lado para llegar al centro de Bilbao en 10 min
