Great location, lovely rooms, hot but celling fan was pretty good considering the 43 degree heat ! They were also installing AC when we were there . Entry hall has lots of stairs and smells a bit but reception was nice and staff helpful. Fabulous part of Bilbao to be in close to some amazing restaurants and bars so lots of breakfast choices very close . No parking that I could see but we were on foot. Loved it!

Arenal Suites were ideally located in the old town. Staff were very friendly and super helpful, especially Ivan on the reception desk. The room was clean and tidy. We were lucky to have a room with a balcony which overlooked a busy street. The double glazing was very effective!! Overall I would highly recommend this accommodation and wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Eskerrik asko!!

Old town charm.

The studio on the 3rd floor was outstanding..plenty of room to sit snd talk with my two friends. A large freezer and Fridge..excellent shower. Close to restaurants. Stores and muesums. The shining star was Ivan at the front desk. He was so nice and went above and beyond helping me.arrange a cab to the airport. As.there is no elevator, he also helped.me with my luggage. Thank yOU again. IVAN!

Good clean room with modern furnishings however there were renovations to the museum across the very narrow alley with lights on all night and very thin curtains which made sleeping problematic. Also the rooms are one or two floors up with a very twisting old wooden staircase with uneven steps so taking luggage up is quite difficult.

Good value room in the old city close to everything including the metro. Super quiet despite location. Basic room, but had what you needed and great shower. Very clean. Little natural light in room, but spent most time outside so not a big issue. Easy to walk to train station, Guggenheim etc. Would stay there again.

Would return to the same hotel because it was so walkable, close to the old center and relatively quiet even in the middle of the center. Didn't open the windows and balcony doors, so it must be the good sound proofing of the doors. Reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and airy. Furnished quite sparsely but the price was reasonable.

The bed was comfortable, the room practical and the check-in efficient. I like the fact that there is codes on doors (no key to carry). The hotel location is very central. I spend a night there for 66€ so I definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Bilbao!

The hotel was in the heart of Old Town. The room was modern but small. We were hardly there so no issue. Very friendly staff. If you're a walker its perfect. Taxis are close by, 5 min. Walk. All in all a lovely stay.
