I had a great stay. The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Bilbao. Everything was clean and comfortable, and overall I was very happy with the hotel. The only small inconvenience was that there are no irons available in the rooms, which would have been useful. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel, very clean and well appointed and very well situated, walking distance to the downtown core, Guggenheim museum, market, old town and shopping. Nearby monitored parking garage provided affordable parking. Would definitely recommend!
