Very clean, well designed studio apartment hotel. Check in experience was not great. I could not upload my ID for registration and it took many rounds until everything was done. Gym was excellent. Quiet although in the Abando area in the center.

We were surprised that we were assigned a studio apartment with a handicapped bathroom. The shower cannot be contained in one spot. Water goes all over the floor. You must dry it after using the shower, otherwise you might slip and fall when needing to use the toilet or brush your teeth. The second complaint is that they use shoebox sized machines to shoot large amounts of air fresheners. People with lungs issues will have breathing problems when exposed to the vapor. Other than that, the property is one of the best we have stayed in Spain. There are a few good restaurants nearby. It’s located 15 minutes walk to most significant places in Bilbao.

Appartamento completo e pulito come da descrizione, comodo per spostarsi a piedi a visitare Bilbao. Non c'è personale e in caso di necessità di contatti è abbastanza raggiungibile. Comodo il Locker a pagamento, da prenotare in anticipo, se si arriva prima dell'orario previsto per accedere all'appartamento.

Ottima comunicazione via Whatsapp per il checkin, parcheggio disponibile sia in loco che nei paraggi, zona in generale molto centrale e strategica. L’appartamento ha tutto il necessario ed è molto moderno.
