We stayed at this property while visiting some friends in Sherman County, check-in was easy, staff is very friendly and the room was nice and clean. It's not a fancy hotel but it was quiet, easy parking and allows pets if needed. There are a few fast food restaurants and a market within a few minutes walk.

Just needed air conditioning, a shower, and a bed to sleep in. The staff at check-in was very friendly. I went to my room, enjoyed the a/c and a shower and left the next morning. Too bad the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever tried to sleep on. It would have been nicer to just sleep on the ground and the ground wouldn't have made noise every time I rolled over or got up to use the restroom. Don't understand what the mattress was on that made it "boing" when I sat down. I was too tired to complain and you get what you pay for.

The hotel was very clean, people were very nice. Very nice set up, it was a very convenient location. It had Cinnabon and McDonald’s right next-door. We utilized both restaurants from arriving late and an early morning start.

Parking was terrible with a boat, barely any turnaround room and the parking is shared by an extremely busy McDonald's drive thru. Made it near impossible to turn around or to park. Room was clean. Lighting was bad. TV remote was hard to use, the buttons took extreme force to function. Not enough outlets for the lamps which were shotty as well.

This motel is a great bargain! Very comfortable and inexpensive. Located right next to the freeway you would expect it to be noisy. Not so! Friendly staff who offered an upgrade for free. Very happy I stayed here and will stay here again!

I’ve booked here over 5 times and counting. My favorite place to stay in Biggs. Perfectly tucked away from all the traffic that comes through. The owners/staff are very sweet and polite and they care about you and your stay. Will always book here

The room seemed clean and they were Pet friendly which was nice. The location is very very loud with trains and trucks all night long but for one night it was manageable. Staff was kind and friendly. Plenty of food options nearby.

Check in staff helped me find the office as I wasn't sure where it was. Our room was clean and comfortable enough for an overnight stay. The lights had my brother and I a bit confused but we figured it out. Small fee for my dog. Limited parking on the side we were on and the spaces closest to our room were taken. All in all, the pros mostly outweighed the cons, and I will most likely stay there again next time I go that way

Shockingly good motel!

Caveat: this is a traveller's rest-type motel. Zero frills, just a comfortable secure room with a comfortable bed and working shower. No monogrammed 1000 thread count sheets, no turn down service, just evidence of pride of ownership and recent renovation. I will absolutely stay here again. The "town" is a truck stop, but this is a great place to catch up on sleep.

Wonderful, clean, updated motel at a fair price. Cute rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Beds were average- not the best but better than most motels in this price range. The area is very noisy with traffic and trains- ear plugs were good enough for me to get a great night of sleep. Highly recommend.

Nice clean room

The room was nice and clean and a nice size. The bathroom was clean and a nice tub shower combo. Check in was easy and the gentleman at the desk was friendly. The hotel is near the highway and a truck stop, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. And it is pet friendly and allows cats (which is why I picked to stay here). I would stay again if I was coming this way again. So yes I would recommend it.

The on site staff was wonderful! Very helpful. The property is older, however the rooms were clean and very comfortable. The beds are newer and really comfortable! We will stay here again!
