Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Very helpful local information given. Room was spotless. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk to centre abd beach. Lovely continental breakfast for extra charge if required. Wonderful staff, great location, and clean and comfortable rooms. Delphine and Jacques welcomed my family, loaned my son a boogie board, and advised us on restaurants and transportation options. This place is a home away from home. We'll definitely visit again!

We had an amazing stay at Hôtel Au Bon Coin! Delphine was so kind and welcoming and told us exactly what to check out in town during our one night stay. The place was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed—including tea and coffee in the room and optional breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this for your stay in Biarritz

Lovely family run hotel. Such a warm welcome that continued throughout our stay. Unfortunately we had to leave 1/2 way through our stay due to a family bereavement. Great location for a trip to Biarritz

Great stay at Au Bon Coin, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming , the breakfast divine, the room perfectly cleaned! The hotel is located near the heart of Biarritz, in a quiet street. I would go back!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff is so friendly, helpful, speak several languages and truly take pride in their work. Our family of 4 was very comfortable here!
