Second year in a row staying there. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Summer is a wedding season and there was one during our stay there. A bit loud but if you call ahead, we didn’t, you can get the schedule. Place is very close to the city main square. Plenty of overnight street parking.

This was an impressive property for a very reasonable price. I had a car problem and Klaudia was amazingly helpful contacting businesses for me. My only constructive criticism is that the extensive breakfast buffet looked as if it had been on display for long enough for some of the food to dry out. I should go to breakfast before 8.30am perhaps! Thank you for a very comfortable stay and a helpful experience

The hotel was amazing, everything looked new. The king sized bed was huge and was so comfortable. The shower was incredible. The room service was perfect and the food was tremendous.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly stuff. Everybody speaks English. The room is really clean and nicely furnished. Good quality mattress. Breakfast is outstanding. It’s a buffet style and the selection of dishes is really impressive. Should I ever return to Bialystok I will definitely stay at Opera again

This hotel is completely new in town. It’s very clean, and they have a really good breakfast. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I visit Bialystok often, and I’m definitely going to stay here again.
