Pousada bem localizada. Minhas solicitações na chegada foram atendidas, menos o early check in, mas porque eu solicitei mudança de quarto. Única ressalva é o restaurante (que descobri ser terceirizado)... Pessoas na piscina e ninguém saia de dentro para oferecer o serviço.

Boa! Com observações

Local bem limpo e organizado , porem não libera fazer o check-in nenhum minuto antes e pra mim que estava com duas criancas 30 min antes que cheguei ajudaria pois quando cheguei so tinha um quarto alugado os outros estavam vazios. Perto da praia com disponibilidade de cadeiras e guarda sol, porem o pessoal das cadeiras nao trabalham as segundas com isso precisa pegar na recepção. Ah fora que quando cheguei tinham 2 toalhas pra 4 pessoas entao tive que pegar na recepcao mais falaram que nao poderia pois era so uma diaria. No geral acho que voltaria , pois as cozinheiras e outras pessoas da recepcao foram muito simpaticos, so uma pessoa que acredito que esteja na profissão errada.

Cafe da manhã bom, mas começa apenas às 08h. Banheiro com cheiro horrível. Não tem o que fazer, jogaram um produto de limpeza no ralo e me orientaram a abrir o chuveiro para ver melhorava o mau cheiro. Disseram que é característica das unidades do térreo. Piscina muito pequena. Estacionamento dentro do hotel apenas para os quartos “suítes Masters” o que não mencionaram no site. Para famílias com criança recomendo procurar outra localização. Próximo a região é possível encontrar praia mais limpa e melhor frequentada.

Infraestutura da pousada ok. Suíte limpa , cama e travesseiros ok . No dia da estadia , recepcionista do período da noite informou não ter disponibilidade de cobertores e disse pra nos aquecermos com o “ar condicionado “ Custo e benefício seria bom se não fosse do atendimento e arrogância do recepcionista (turno noite )

Experiência agradável

O quarto standard é pequeno, mas confortável e com ar condicionado. Senti que faltou um frigobar no quarto, mas não foi um problema. As instalações estão super novas e a limpeza ótima. A equipe é solicita e compreensiva. O café da manhã é bem completo.

Ótima pousada.

Excelente pousada. Muito bem arrumada, com um ótimo atendimento e um delicioso café da manhã. Só recomendaria a eles que colocassem um cortina ou algo do tipo nas janelas, pois elas ficam de frente para apartamentos residenciais, onde se você deixar a janela aberta é possível ver tudo dentro do quarto.

Vazamento de esgoto no banheiro

O unico problema é que a instalação parece nova, mas quando você dá a descarga no vaso sanitário a agua sai por debaixo do vaso e acumula no tapete que está colocado ao lado do vaso, ficando enxarcado, ao que me pareceu do esgoto do vaso sanitário. Então sabendo deste problema não tomam nenhuma providência, a unica providência foi colocar um tapete. Então deixou a desejar em muito em limpeza, conforto. Alem do cheiro de esgoto que vinha do apartamento vizinho, que tambem ouvi os hospedes reclamando do mau cheiro, que ao que me parece está com o mesmo problema ou até pior.

Ótimo atendimento, boa comida, limpeza e ambiente higiênico. Ponto negativo por não ter frigobar no quarto e wi-fi não ter bom sinal em todos os ambientes, no quarto o sinal fica bem fraco.
