This hotel is close to the Bern main station (about 7 minutes walk). Safe neighborhood, very friendly staff, and breakfast has a wide variety of options of cheeses, pastries, and other Swiss foods. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future trip to Switzerland.

Very helpful staff and adequate rooms. I am not used to paying Swiss prices for accommodation, but I expected a little more in the way of amenities for what I paid for. Thankfully, a simple breakfast was included. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station, old town, and a lot of shops and restaurants.

スタッフの方々はフレンドリーな笑顔で接していただけてとても気持ちが良かったです。 客室を含めた設備は全体的に問題無く快適でしたが、唯一ベッド横のランプ並びにUSBポートが使えなかったのが不便でした。 ベルン駅に近く立地も良いので、また利用したいホテルです。 The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and their warm smiles made our stay especially pleasant. Overall, the facilities, including the guest room, were comfortable and met our expectations. The only inconvenience was that the bedside lamp and the USB ports next to the bed were not working. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, being close to Bern Station, so I would be happy to stay here again.
