The staff were very polite and helpful on arrival. The carpet in the room had a couple of small stains, other than that, was clean and the bed was comfortable. Having a small shop for snacks, drinks and other useful things was helpful.

The property is close to the Train and tram station. The down side, I stayed 6 days with breakfast, boring. Same food every day. Also no one ever cleans my room for 6 days. I told receptionist to have my room clean on my 3rd day of my stay but no one did the cleaning. SPA is good and relaxing.

The hotel is conveniently located next to bus, tram and S bahn stations making it easy to use public transport to and from the airport and city centre. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food. The gym was well equipped too.

this is a perfectly located hotel.positioned next to landsbergerThe hotel is beautifully maintained allee sbahn station,tram station and a taxi rank outside hotel.There is a direct sbahn link s85 direct to berlin airport.Across the road is a supermarket,chemist and an italian and vietnamese restaurant both 6mins away.The hotel features a skybar loft14 fantastic views over berlin.There is a michelin star restaurant too.Also there is mavericks bar and restaurant with fantastic mohammed behind the bar.reception are very warm,helpful and friendly.In the lobby there help and pay yoourself snacks and drinks and even a cigarette machine.Room was fantastic with fridge,wifi ,tv.Breakfast was huge choices.fruit,sausages,hams,cheese,cereals,juices,coffee and tea.All in all a wonderful hotel.I shall return.

Clean and great location. Easy to find, nice room overall. I had to switch rooms twice as ac didn’t function, but it turned out that was the way their ac is, and even though it was 90 out, preset ac is very, very low. Also, all stores are closed on Sundays, so be prepared to spend $32 on their breakfast. Nice and quiet room and good bed.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and again it was wonderful! The room was spacious and well appointed and the sauna area is has both a Bio and a Finnish Sauna as well as a steam room. The gym is well equipped. The location is an easy tram ride from Berlin HBF that goes through Alexanderplatz.

Good size room, spotless clean, wi-fi was occasionally slow. Staff at reception very nice and efficient. Excellent access to public transit and quick easy walk to Velodrome. Main complaint is air conditioning lacking and although it was cool at night window barely opened to cool down room. Room service stops too early. Also no USB charger port in room.
