Loved the social atmosphere. Having tables in the lobby felt very welcoming. Free onsite laundry was a game-changer. Having trains, buses and a mall within blocks meant you could get anywhere you wanted to very easily and find all kinds of options for food, and any gifts and/or forgotten necessities very easily.

I've stayed here about 12x. When visiting from America, I feel at home at the hotel. The staff is beyond friendly, cordial, respectful, and accommodating. The location is perfect for seeing Berlin. Please don't tell to many people about this gem. I don't want them raising their rates!
