For an overnight stay in Berlin near the central train station, this was just about perfect. It is an easy walk if you go out the exit toward the tram rather than the taxi stand, we figured that out later. It had a nice little bar attached, was clean with good air conditioning in the room. Much is self service including check in and check out but there was staff available as well.

The hotel is just across the train station. There are a lot of restaurants at the train station for a quick bite. The hop and off bus tour location is just around the corner. The staff was friendly, and the air conditioning was working. There is a restaurant at the hotel.

Our first time staying in a hotel where both check in was remote and access was via a digital key sent to your smartphone. In fairness all worked well but we found the process too impersonal. The room itself was compact but was just about OK for a 2 night stay. Though some reviews have mentioned noise issues from other rooms, we were perhaps fortunate to find it quiet both nights. A good location for rail travellers like us, just opposite the Berlin HBF. On a matter of personal taste the muted lighting in an already darkly decorated room made vision for our mature eyes a little difficult!

Hotel is very conveniently located steps away from Berlin Central station. Safe to walk around. We went to station to buy goods and drinks because it is close and I didn’t see groceries store around. The check-in process was seamless since we arrived at 11 pm. They handed us our keys as soon as we mentioned our name. It was great because we were tired after 9 hr train ride. The room is a bit small ( for us, we like a sitting area) although it has everything you need. Air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee maker, safe, good size bathroom, comfortable bed. No sitting area. Staff are great, everything we requested such as cleaning the room daily, extra pillows, ice bucket, extra coffee packets, etc. they provided happily. Amina, in particular was very helpful providing us with important info regarding public transportation. She was polite, patient and extremely pleasant. The friendliness of the staff really makes the small size of the room ( small for us because we like a sitting area) not important at all. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was great, th we staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is really close to Central Station, which makes it really easy to jump on trains and go anywhere you need to go. There’s lots of shops and stores at the hotel that you can shop at there are medical stores and grocery stores nearby and walking distance the only thing that I would suggest was the pillows on the bed was very soft and the bed was very hard.. but I would definitely stay there again. It’s a great place.
