Clean, good size room with nice garden view. No luxury, stick to basic but color scheme is so pleasing. All people I came across, including front office, housekeepers, restaurant staff, were polite and helpful. Half of them don’t speak English but their helpfulness shown outwardly. They should emphasize that the hotel is just adjacent to the Wall Memorial, with street car stops in 50 meters. The best kept secret is the restaurant, the decor will please everyone with a nice private garden outside the floor to ceiling glass wall. Was an enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location as right next to the tram stop and the Berlin Wall memorial. Hotel room Is basic and covers all your needs. No air con so was very hot during the heat wave. Staff were great. It was just what we needed as we explored the city.

I booked a Classic Triple Room more than two months in advance. I was given a wheelchair-accessible room instead. I asked for another room and was then offered a Double Room. I accepted it, but I made it known that I was not pleased. I paid for a Queen bed, yet I slept on a Double. I wouldn't book this hotel again.

Ein inklusive Hotel, sehr zentral und nahe einer Tram gelegen. Überwiegend freundliches Personal, besonders bei den weiblichen Mitarbeitern. :-) Zimmer sind natürlich rollstuhlgerecht, super! allerdings nicht wirklich gemütlich (Grauselige Beleuchtung, eher Jugendherbergs-als Hotelfeeling). Positiv, grosse Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen, und grosse Fensterbänke, also reichlich Ablagefläche. Ausstatung eher mangelhaft: keine Tee/Kaffeeinfrastruktur, zumindest ein einfacher Wasserkocher wurde auf Anfrage umgehend gebracht, aber keine Tassen, Teebeutel, etc., inzwischen eigentlich Standard, natürlich auch kein Kühlschrank. Fernseher sehr klein, Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht, auch nach Reklamation. Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anfrage, aber auch dann sehr punktuel (Bettenmachen scheint nicht dazu zu gehören, auch nicht das säubern der Nachttische). Hotel: wunderschöner Garten zum Entspannen. Leider kein gastronomisches Angebot ab 21:30 Uhr, und da im direkten Umfeld auch keine Restauration ist, ist das schon ein grosses Manko. Aufgrund des schönen Gartens und der guten Lage würde ich trotzdem wiederkommen, wenn der Preis niedrig liegt.

El hotel es bueno para su precio lo único que pasó fue que nuestro día de salida fue de madrugada y cuando bajamos a recepción no había nadie,estaba sola nos cansamos de llamar para hacer el check-out nos tardamos un poco para poder salir por que desde el hotel era que nos iba a llamar un taxi lo cual se nos hizo un poco difícil tuvimos que dejar las tarjetas de la habitación arriba del computador de la recepción
