Watch out if you're planning on a seamless experience or on an elderly person staying there. This is a robo-run hotel with bugs in its systems and flaws in its processes. We arrived a bit ahead of time (about 1.5 hours). The option to do early check in wasn't there anymore. We called to ask and they told us to leave luggage at the laundry room. But we didn't have the code yet to get in, luckily someone got out and we were able to sneak in, and the cleaner was kind enough to open the laundry door for us. Then when the time came, we got the code, and it didn't work to open the room itself. We waited for about 10 minutes to get into our room. If you already have an automated system, at least make it show its advantages and not its bugs. Its not like this hotel is actually cheaper than alternatives with actual front desks.

New hotel. Locks don't work. I was literally locked out of my room, with no access to my clothes or toothbrush, for 24 hours. When I got inside, I made the mistake of locking my computer in the safe--and couldn't get it out. Was about to miss my flight home when I searched how to open the safe myself (something inside jammed it and made it refuse my entry code) and dashed to the airport. Three sleepless nights (and one grubby day that I had to use yesterdays clothes for a business meeting) out of seven. I want my money back!!
