The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. It is within walking distance to major attractions, if you like to walk. The staff working the reception were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very close to the train station, to restaurants, and there is a huge mall called Alexa within walking distance. This was my second stay at this hotel, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, decent buffet breakfast. Basic room with not a lot of hanging space for clothes, but bed comfortable, powerful shower. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the breakfast, just the rooms are small and they charge for the coffee which usually it doesn’t happen and having ice available and no refrigerator it would be great to have one.

Great location if you are doing sightseeing as walking distance to plenty and also buses run outside of hotel. Very easy to get around city from here. Only reason its not excellent for me was the lack of kettle / free access to coffee. When ive not had kettle in hotel rooms its normally free from reception but its only available at breakfast time with no charge. Oh and has frosted glass bathrooms so im not a fan of that That said everything else was fab. Staff were super friendly and breakfast excellent

It is a very basic facility to spend a night or so. The hotel did not have shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, and there was no coffee maker in the room. We were there for the marathon, and the room rate was sky-high. The location is very good. The breakfast was okay, but absolutely no hot food for vegetarians except for beans in a warm sauce. No breakfast potatoes. Maybe this is the custom in German hotels.

Very well placed near Alexanderplatz and handy for access to underground system and s-line to and from the airport. Lots of activity nearby and good restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to all Berlin’s centre attractions. Hotel itself very good value. Compact but adequate and very clean room. Breakfast basic and busy at peak times but part of the good value.

Really nice hotel in a great location for most of the sites in Berlin. The staff were very nice and it was very quiet in your room. The facilities in the room were good and the bathroom clean and tidy. Well recommended.

Overall I liked my stay here, the staff was helpful and receptive. I enjoyed the breakfast options. However, it started out on a bad note due to cleanliness of my first room which was stuffy and smelled like someone smoked, with a sticky night table. Second room assignment had an obvious drain issue with the stopper pulled out and a plunger in the shower. The third room was fine and I was glad of that because it was a long day traveling to Berlin. I would stay here again because of its location, breakfast and nice staff.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. We booked through Expedia and they advertised a safe in the room- there isn’t any. Also no fridge in the room. Bathroom is weird - no room for your toiletries and towels are at the opposite side of the bathroom. Breakfast is good though 😁

It’s a great location and good breakfast however the carpet on the hallways are disgusting dirty. The AC didn’t work, actually I have to open the windows and the temperature outside was 50 degrees, I had the AC as low as possible and still was not cooling down in the room. The room was ok, however the floor in the room has so many scratches that it’s difficult to see if the floor was super dirty or just are scratches The hotel was full, but I would select a different hotel next time I go to Berlin. Disappointed in the cleaners hotel.

Breakfast was good. The rooms need more attention from maintenance particularly the bathroom showers water going out of shower and annoying. Wish they had kept a kettle to warm water. Outside Breakfast hours even to get warm water reception told us to use the coffee machine 1.5 euros per cup. Location is very good no doubt.

The room was very clean, but basic with no tea or coffee facilities except in the lobby at a cost. We were there for a week with no room cleaning (informed at check-in) Breakfast was excellent, location excellent, comfortable walking distance to trains, bus and tram. Netto shop a few minutes walk for snacks and drinks and lots of restaurants in easy walking distance.
