Short stay

Lovely friendly staff, my upset at not having enough pillows and coat hangers was rectified immediately. The only downside was the breakfast was not worth the 10 E that it cost. Otherwise a comfortable stay. Would go again

Property is deceiving with good reviews, and a newly build front and lobby area. The rooms are ancient and the internal doors do not shut to the bathroom, and I think if you forced them shut you would be stuck forever and die there in hell. Do not waste your money, it’s probably nicer to sleep in your car.

Awful in all senses .

I didn’t know if I was in a prison camp or on a building site but it certainly didn’t feel like I was on holiday and I can make much better scrambled eggs myself for breakfast in 30 seconds . I don’t even think my dog would have eaten it. I Couldn’t wait to leave. The scrambled eggs at breakfast had been there for hours and was inedible . Really awful french hospitality compared to what I’m used to and Ive visited France 150 times . When I told the manageress she told me I didn’t need to eat it. She really didn’t care if I liked it or not . She even argued with me , the client. I have a great fondness for France but this place was beyond my lowest ever experience of the hospitality sector for which France is so well known . You could not even pay me to stay in such a place again . This felt like a trucker’s motel and it isn’t worthy to be listed on Hotels.com. If you want crumby American style student level accommodation this is for you . I have stayed in hotels all over the world in at least 100 countries . Very poor show from the French hospitality sector .

Tres belle hotel, un ancien campanile restauré et mieux amenager :) seche serviette dans la salle de bain et tres bonne climatisation , tres bon petit dejeuner et belle décoration dans la chambre:)

Honteux! Traces d’excrĂ©ments dans la cuvette des wc et des blattes au sol. Sans parler du bac Ă  douche mĂȘme pas nettoyĂ©. Chambre soit disant supĂ©rieure mais tres exiguĂ« et sombre. HĂŽtel soit disant renovĂ© mais j’appellerai plutĂŽt ça du cache misĂšre. Juste eu des excuses du personnel mais aucune proposition de remboursement A vomir et surtout Ă  fuir!

Un ancien Campanile à peine rénové

L’agent d’accueil n’a pas trouvĂ© mieux que de me donner une chambre en rez de chaussĂ©e avec une vue sur le parking et surtout en dessus d’une chambre avec des jeunes alors que l’hotel etait franchement vide ce jour lĂ . J’ai donc passĂ© une mauvaise soirĂ©e ainsi qu’une mauvaise nuit puisque les jeunes ont marchĂ© comme des Ă©lĂ©phants jusque 1h du matin et se parlaient Ă  travers les murs Ă©pais comme du papier de verre. L’hotel etait vide ce lundi, un peu de bon sens aurait ete d’en profiter pour penser au confort des clients et les Ă©loigner les uns les autres. De plus, une Ă©norme plaque de ferraille est positionnĂ©e au sol surement pour cacher un troue et Ă©viter que les clients tombent dedans
 Ce qui fait un boucan pas possible Ă  chaque client qui passe dessus.

Si l investisseur voulait des Ă©conomies sur la pĂ©riode il fallait fermer ! À plus de 70€ la chambre on s attend a du chauffage et du propre sans ĂȘtre au Ritz pour autant Nous avions dĂ©jĂ  rĂ©servĂ© dans cet Ă©tablissement 7/8 fois mais la 
 Chambre rĂ©novĂ©e sur la rĂ©servation photo non contractuelle attention c Ă©tait pourri ! Meme pas un niveau Ibis style

Bien dans son ensemble. Mais l’évacuation de la salle de bain laissait une odeur trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans la chambre. Chambre propre et calme bien qu’elle donnait sur les fast-food environnants. Places disponibles pour se garer. HĂŽtel Ă  l’extĂ©rieur de la ville. Pratique quand on est de passage.

Hospedagem em Bergerac

Chuveiro com boa pressão. Estacionamento para o carro no påtio interno e próximo ao quarto. Box de banho não tinha fechamento total, o que acarreta molhação do piso do banheiro. Localização muito longe do centro e dos locais de interesse. O endereço que consta na reserva não corresponde com o local do hotel, o que acarretou transtornos e perda de tempo procurando até que alguém nos ajudasse a encontrar, gerando muito estresse.
