We love the location of the hotel, it is right next to the royal palace. The major train station is a 5 minute walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Great stay, mainly thanks to the great location that made getting from the airport and exploring the city super easy. The room was also a great size. The only downside was the housekeeping. It felt more like a quick tidy-up rather than a proper clean.

The property is very close to the fish market and Bryggen, so the location is excellent. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Our room faces the street, so it can be a bit noisy, especially with motorcycles passing by.

Our stay in the hotel was great and we will consider staying here again in the future. The location is walkable to the train station, and is close to the harbor. The breakfast quality was a nice surprise where everything was delicious and they had gluten free options. A comfortable bed was a great relief since I’m very picky with support and bedding softness - I slept great!

This hotel did not feel like it had been well-maintained...the elevators were very slow and the courtyard views showed a lot of wear on the building. The room itself was fine but a bit dated/dingy, though not dirty. There was a weird safety info sheet but no info on the wifi, though we figured it out. Oddly, we had mismatched glasses in the bathroom. Also, an additional floor mat towel would be helpful for the bathroom in addition to the hand towel and body towel for each person; we requested an extra each and staff promptly brought them though. The breakfast area did not look like the pictures. I did like the green sitting area near the front of the hotel, and the luggage storage and default late check-out time of noon was convenient.

This property is right off on a main shopping area with high end stores. 6 min walking distance to main attractions all around Bergen. Parking is right behind the property. Staff is brilliant and very helpful. Shoutout to KATINKA who at midnight helped me call and book taxi service for an early morning flight. My only complaint would be the bed. Pillow situation is terrible. Bergen is gorgeous place to be. Local Norwegian are lovely and helpful.
