Brilliant central location (just minutes from the final light rail stop from the airport) and great value. Slightly strange in that there is a self check in (no reception) but all went smoothly. You need to remember to lock your door with your key when you leave.

Clean comfortable room, very convenient for local transport, reasonable price value given the destination. Flaws in self check in concept resulting in me not receiving key safe codes by email, requiring telephone calls to help desk, who were quite helpful, also none operation of some room lights and sockets only remedied by housekeeping staff on second day

The property is centrally located and in walking distance to everything (public transport, taxi stands, various shopping centres, restaurants, caffes, fish market, etc). That was the big plus. The points for improvement are: 1- the checking process is terrible. The codes I got to checkin were for a device that was out of order. Lucky for us we areived during the day. So, I called the sister hotel and they gave me the codes to get the room keys. However, a friend of mine who arrived after 2 am could not get in as noone picked up the phone and had to book to another hotel. 2- the other point of improvement is the bathroom- it is tiny and it gets very wet after taking a shower. 3- the carpet in the room looks like its best days are over. It is an ok hotel for 1 night stay. More than that perhaps consider staying at the sister hotel.

Perfect location, inside a shopping mall in the heart of the city, practically next to the final train station that goes to the airport. You can walk everywhere. Easy access, hosts respond quickly, and the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. A safe and quiet place.

Convenient hotel to stay in. It is self check in. But all instructions are sent to you and are easy to follow. The lift was broken when we arrived but there was an employee stationed somewhere nearby to help with bags. Clean and quiet room.

Great location! Hidden gem in Bergen

Our family had a great stay at Magic Hotel Xhibition this summer. It was a great location, walking distance to everything in the City Center and conveniently located in the mall with a grocery store on the bottom floor. We were able to check in a few blocks away at the other Magic hotel and get the keys to our room. Signage inside the mall made it very easy to find our room. We were in a pinch to find a place to stay for one night in Bergen, and this ended up being a perfect option for us!

Lift broke when we checked out and it was such an inconvience lifting and carrying luggages from level 6 all the way down to the ground floor. Otherwise the room and amenities are decent for its price.

This hotel is great location however my experience with the room this time was bad. It was weird showing and then having to use all the towels to dry the floor so I didn’t slip. Lot more noise during this stay. Maybe that’s because I stayed for 3 nights and on the 5th floor opposed to 6th floor last time.

Great staff at the Korskirkin

I loved that the one that I stayed in was so helpful as finding the Xhibition one was challenging. I never did get an email telling me where/how to check in, so I went to the Korskirkin one to get help. (My flights were canceled and I ended up there one night early and needed a room). I was so impressed with the reception staff that I asked to move my reservation to there.

As a foreign traveler the phone checkin was very difficult due to lack of internet availability and mobile phone cell service. The staff were very courteous and helpful especially housekeeping. Rooms are VERY basic but location was convenient for train station, city center and harbor area. Construction in the area was noisy as early as 4:30 a.m.

Hotel was adequate, the door to our floor was broken our entire stay, and the location was close to an outdoor even (may be a pro for some) but there was loud music until 1 am two of the nights we stayed there. Not the hotels fault, but worth considering if you choose to stay there

The hotel is very conveniently located to everything we wanted to see. Transportation from the airport was easy, one train and a short walk. Close to the ferry terminal as well. Staff was helpful even though it was remote only. So, you will have to have access to a phone (we had a roaming sim with phone). There wasn't one in the room. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Room was ok. They had many room inside house with and without window, we had with window ,like window to corridor what was not possible to open. Room had nearly no air and was very warm, nearly impossible to sleep. Place and house was generally good:)

International phone numbers, or specifically from the US, do not receive the text message with your card key number so you'll have to call the hotel for the key card. They were very quick to answer though and everything was clean and tidy! Great for the price
